Terms of Service for Revills Boxing Gym
Welcome to Revills Boxing Gym's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
- You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
- Under 17yr olds require Parental consent.
- Under 12-yr olds require:
Every under-12 member must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during their presence in the gym.
Parents or Guardians are required to accompany their children when they need to use the bathroom facilities.
It is essential that Parents or Guardians remain in the designated seating areas and refrain from wandering through the gym during training sessions.
- Any damage caused to the gym's equipment or facility will result in a repair or replacement fee, to be determined at the discretion of the gym.
- We are not responsible for any injuries sustained while using our facility or services.
- You must follow all gym rules and regulations, as posted and instructed by gym staff.
- We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason.
- All payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

- Payments are self-managed through theapp
- Membership is for Named members on the application and non-transferrable without permission from the Trust.
- Membership is for a minimum 6-month term if paid weekly or monthly. Early termination will result in a cancelation fee not more than the 6-month period.
